Duties & Requirements: Include but are not limited to: ensure all Health Department regulations, conditions, and standards are met, staff, train, evaluate, and coordinate food production employees; ensure all specs in all recipes and food apportionment are met; control food and labor costs on a continual basis within approved budgetary controls; make recommendations and suggestions in hiring, terminating, suspending, counseling to manager of venue; assist in preparation, portioning, and garnishment of foods; participate and preside at departmental and venue meetings to facilitate flow of pertinent information to associates; provide associates with proper training and counseling as needed; work with various departments to resolve venue conflicts and disputes while ensuring high standards of guest service and employee relations; set priorities for all sous chefs and provide assistance as needed.

Schedule: 7a-3:30p-M-F Luch Service Only Strong background in Restaurant Supervision with catering knowledge is preferred.  The right individual will be expected to have the ability to bring fresh new ideas   Reviews menus and work orders to determine types and quantities of food to be prepared for hospital patients, employees and visitors.                                                    Prepares, seasons and cooks food following all established and occasional requirements.
